AMAC has two large automated phosphating lines to meet a variety of customer coating needs. The lines can produce up to a total of 550,000 pounds per day of fasteners and stampings.
We currently offer two primary coating weights to meet different application needs. We offer 1,000 to 1,750 mg/square foot coating weights as a substrate for dip spin coatings and 2,000 to 3,000 mg/square foot for various phosphate specifications.
We can facilitate other phosphate parameters in our lines if needed. Microcrystalline phosphate coatings of 100 to 600 mg/square foot can be implemented to meet rubber bonding applications. |
